It will be a global free game, but if you wanna use the extras you'll need to pay in normal prices.
When the game will be released you will be able to pay only with PayPal the extras in the game.
But don't forget only for some extra things you'll need to pay not, for play the game without the extras, it will be free.
For more information about the prices and the extras of the game you will see them when the game will be released.
You will be able to send teams and attack other planets through the stargate network.
