(I originally had this is the Cancelled Series section because I didn't expect it to get anywhere in less than a year. Just proves how much I know...)
Stargate Future is a politically centered mini-series set approximately 300 years into The Ovra Continuum. The first two parts, The Arc (tentative) and Balance of Power, are definite and have plots; a third part, at the least, will be added to provide some closure.
At this time, I'm hoping to flesh out these two a little more, and hopefully end this somewhere. I also wanted to bring in the Holokarian Galaxy in the second part, but I need to come up with a good reason for them to find out about it.

1 - The Arc
The plot of the first one kicks off quickly with ascended Teyla Emmagan, out on an exploratory journey, discovering The Arc, a Replicator "group" lead by a triumvirate of three Replicator consciousnesses. Teyla returns quickly and the ascended launch into a heated debate reguarding their principals vs the loss of every life in multiple galaxies. Teyla, disguasted with the matter, risks her ascension to warn the two most necessary: Earth and Second Atlantis.
At this point, the action drops and politics muddies the waters. Slowly, however, a defense is mounted and prepared.
Now, the action picks back up with the large battle between The Arc, and a (mostly) united force. The Arc is naturally repelled, but retreats to gain backup.
This part ends in slight closure with the formation of a weak alliance to face The Arc, and with The Arc preparing to relocate their entire systems to a closer location.

2 - Balance of Power
Both political and battle-y, the second part starts off with three Malecalthi Onslaught Crusiers (sorry, plot device only) making their way to Pegasus. The Crusiers are detected while outside the galaxy, and the Voogash attempt to stop them by waiting for the Onslaughts to emerge from hyperspace. Unfortunately, the Voogash, though able to damage the Onslaughts effectively, are unable to defeat them. The Wraith, tentative allied to the Voogash, take advantage of this upset and begin attacking other Voogash planets.
Second Atlantis also hears about the Onslaughts comming, and send the information to its allies. By way of Voria, the information is send to Earth, who reconizes the ships immedately. Earth send Second Atlantis their information and an assault force to back them up. Second Atlantis sends three Zu-Kot-k and Earth assault force to try and stop the Onslaughts.
The three fleets try to make a stand against the Onslaughts near the Voogate. Even with the extra backup, the Onslaughts (relying on the strength of their armor, rather than a shield) are nigh-immpossible to defeat. Then, the new Voogash super-ship comes to their rescue and helps defeat the Onslaughts through a combination of luck, coordination, and strategy.
