No the daniel Jackson was destroyed in reckoning however the ship itself is illelivent because its actually a class of science vessel that thor and other asgard scientists use such as loki, we have seen i beleive 4 of the ships so having A daniel jackson deos not mean its the same ship as was in for example "new order" and created the distruptor technology. It just means that A daniel jackson class vessel was present.
