Hyperion or Prime

I sat and looked at the premise of SG:Prime and SG:Hyperion and decided that I could do pretty much the same stories and adventures (with the exception of the Vala stories) and ideas with either show.

But - from the information released, which would you prefer ? And remember - only the first act of the pilot for Hyperion would be there when it's revamped and re-released as Hyperion.

Prime, being set in 2063, has an entirely new pilot !

Well just tell us the main differences then.

Hyperion is concurrent with S9 of SG1 whilst Prime is set in the future - in 2063.

Hyperion deals with a regular ship in a stranded area of space - whilst Prime deals with a regular SG team coming together under exceptional conditions.

The enemy can be the same in both - as can their background and some of the technologies.

Prime is SG1:Phase 2 while Hyperion was SG:Voyager to an extent.

I don't know....considering all the ship based ones, I'd say Prime but...I liked the ship based....its all confusing.
