A former member of the USMC and now the leader of Hyperion 1 - he finds himself attracted to Vala.



DOCTOR SANJAY NIRAV
played by Navin Chowdhry

A talented archaeologist and linguist who has worked with Daniel Jackson for a time - and is assigned to the Hyperion in his stead.



DOCTOR HELEN ARMSTRONG
played by Bridget Moynahan

A stunning and icy astrophysicist who the SGC consult on certain matters - she volunteers to join the mission.



VALA MALDURAN
played by Claudia Black

Vala is a renowned con-artist and thief who brings the stone tablet to the SGC - she has a past with Daniel Jackson.

Am not sure where she's from - my boyfriend suggested her and she looked more the part than my original choice of Amanda Peet.

Collins was origionally a General played by Morgan Freeman but when I watched WANTED last night I knew that Cole needed to play him.
