Hey, I had a good time writing this episode. I think you'll find that there is a nice little bit of development at the end for one of our characters, and we'll see storyline that hasn't really quite been explored in SG before.

It's likely that you'll get more episode responses on the Destiny forums themselves, that's the way it goes with Horizon. I'll post here and then copy and paste that to the Destiny forums as well. ------------------------------------ The only strange thing I was in this episode was the fact that the three comprimised team members were left unattended after what they had just done. I understand that Barrows had best intentions in mind, but I think it would have been better to send people out immediately while Tenryis guarded the three. I understand that that would have stopped the plot, but perhaps one of them could have overtaken Tenryis. Now, I say that first so that I can leave on a good note with the things I liked about the episode. -Hemmingway's reaction to finding out that she killed one of their own. I hope this doesn't go forgotten by her, as I think it would have quite an effect on her character. Her reaction when speaking with Barrows was on the spot. -Wuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!! Alright, so I didn't really know him that well. -I enjoyed Takeshi talking to Tenryis about Star Wars. I found it humorous after Hemmingway silenced tham, that when Takeshi said "We'll talk later," Tenryis replied with a "I'm sure you will," implying that Takeshi was perhaps talking to much. -I liked the premise of something so innocent going so wrong. It was like "One False Step" with actual reprocussions. -The title "Friendly Fire" was very approriate, signifying both the accidental death of what would be two allies due to the faulty UAV, and Hemmingway's killing of Wu. -O1 chasing each other through the planet reminded me of "Sacrifice Moon," the SG-1 novel. Me likey. I wonder if we'll here from Rammis's people some time again. I'll be tuning it to find out. The scripts are improving, and I'm looking forward to Behemoth a good deal.

Yeah, the thing about Wu, I got some negative feedback from another fan about him, and I had already known, writing this episode, that we couldn't all go home with bumps and bruises. In order for the episode to really have any meaning, someone had to get knocked. And I'm glad you liked how Hemmingway spoke with Barrows at the end. I had hard time deciding what kind of dialgoue i wanted in there, and whether I wanted a team meeting, or just a one to one thing with Barrows and the Colonel.

The 2 seem to have quite a close relationship so that was pretty appropiate.

What the heck? That's gotta be someone just being an ass. I mean, 24 votes? Overnight? By like 15 different people? Dont think so.

Fixed.
You probably won't believe this, but it was due to a bot saving 'meta-data' in the voting form (trying to exploit a mail() but to use it for sending spam). All I did was delete the extra lines the bot created in the text and it worked. I will look into stopping it from happening again.
