There is actually a difference in opinion about what a true VS is. Some people actually believe it is only script-based, although that isn't me.
To be honest, I am fine with Prose VS's on the site, however, it isn't my decision. There are three admins, and the other two voted for script-only and I understand their reasoning.
I heard a while ago about a Prose version of SGU, and once they are online we will link with them and provide each other with traffic.

I cant see there being a lot of call for it, you need more than simple coversation, you really need more detailed action and scene/character description, although I would think that it would be accepted, depending on whether or not it was a stand alone episode/movie, or a series.

Um, I think you missed the line: I'm not saying FanFiction (FF), I'm talking about true Virtual Series (VSes). Well anything prose, to me is fan series/novel/fiction. I agree with (im guessing) EAG and the other Admin (who is the third?) VS to me means Script. That script format to me is the fine line between fan series and Virtual Series, see I didnt miss it, I just have a different opinion on the definition of VS to you, and aparrently Valorin

I dont know if there are any at the moment, the idea of the VS is fairly recent for Stargate as far as I am aware. there must be some. I would think that if they were a movie based on a VS then SGU would hold them eg Stargate Horizon the movie. But otherwise, just google it, or ask on Gateworld.

We would host script based virtual movies, I'm also contemplating a virtual episode area-script based of course.

We would host script based virtual movies, Yay! Now we just have to wait for some to come out... I'm lost reading this. Mind clarifying?

Erm..basically episodes written as scripts for SG1 and Atlantis.
Well as for transcript stuff. You could have your own sub-board in Other Fan-creations and a link on the website, but not a sub-section...that sound good?

Erm..basically episodes written as scripts for SG1 and Atlantis. Ah, that explains it. I haven't decided if I'm going to make a VS or not, yet, but if I do, it'll be in a Standardized Transcript Format of my own design. (Actually, I'm contemplating two VSes, but one won't have anything to do with Stargate except a nice series of references by one of the main characters (SF buff, fav series/universe: Stargate!) and a dedicated episode ("The Ring of the Ovra", likely the season 1 finally). So help me, great deities!)
