Not wanting to sound like a nazi but...
Our policies clearly state that you need a website. If you don't have one then at the very least you need to prove to us that you have on in-the-making. Or at the very least active forums / blog. You have none of the above. In light of this, we cannot monitor your activity/progress - which means we have no idea if your series is still active or if it is being delayed.
