Well I'd want to just delete it, I don't think it would be fair. How would you feel about this ashrak? Just deleting the czech sub-board and going back to the standard ways of doing it?

What if i knew German or french or so,
and went to make a board specifically for use by Germans?
and even got a domain with .de pointing to the forum,
deleting cuz its not in english is quite frankly, Racist.
they should be sued for that.

Well, the thing is, they have set rules that need to be followed, and unfortunately they do enforce this. The problem with this is, if they have a board in a different language, they have to translate each post to check it, this is time consuming and they have to employ someone who can read the language in question. In short, it is unfair but they feel that they have to enforce that rule, and there is little you can do against it
